The top grossing health and fitness app worldwide for May 2019 was Calm with more than $7.3 million in user spending, which represented 50 percent growth from May 2018. An estimated 49 percent of Calm’s revenue was from the United States, followed by 10 percent from Great Britain and 4 percent from Canada. MyFitnessPal was the second highest earning health and fitness app worldwide for May 2019 with more than $6.4 million in gross revenue, which represented 15.4 percent year-over-year growth from May 2018. An estimated 33 percent of MyFitnessPal’s revenue was from the U.S., followed by 12 percent from Great Britain. The next top grossing app was Headspace, followed by BetterMe and Sweat.
