As the first quarter of 2021 wraps up, Sensor Tower has provided a comprehensive look at how the top five golf games on Android have fared in the United States. Let's tee off with a review of their performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Starting with Golf Clash, published by ELECTRONIC ARTS, we saw a fluctuating revenue trend with a peak of over $1M in mid-March. Downloads spiked to 22K in early March, while weekly active users saw a slight increase from around 270K to 280K in mid-February before a dip towards the end of March.
Moving on to Golf Rival - Multiplayer Game by Zynga, the game showed a revenue jump to over $500K in mid-March. Downloads reached their highest at 32K in the first week of January, and weekly active users peaked at around 459K in early January, with a gradual decline to 409K by the end of March.
Ultimate Golf!, from Miniclip.com, exhibited a steady revenue growth, crossing $100K in the third week of March. The game saw its highest downloads at 28K at the end of January, and weekly active users showed an upward trend reaching nearly 200K in early March.
WGT's WGT Golf maintained a steady revenue around $50K to $60K throughout the quarter. Downloads saw a high of over 11K in early February, while weekly active users hovered in the mid-40K range, with a slight rise at the end of March.
Lastly, Golf King - World Tour by RisingWings saw revenues around $30K to $37K. Downloads peaked at over 6K in late February, and weekly active users experienced a rise to over 61K in the same period before a slight dip towards the end of the quarter.
