The third quarter of 2021 saw varying performance trends among the top 5 dating apps on the Android platform in Madagascar. Here’s a detailed look at their weekly downloads, revenue, and active users based on data from Sensor Tower.
Ablo, developed by MassiveMedia, maintained a consistent weekly revenue of approximately $1 throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads showed a decline from 564 in late June to 128 by the end of September. Weekly active users also decreased, starting from 3.5K and ending at around 2.6K.
Add Friends for Snapchat by Luminar did not report any revenue during this period. The app’s weekly downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 123 and 179. Weekly active users varied slightly, peaking at 124 in the last week of September.
Evermatch, from the Czech Republic, consistently generated $1 in weekly revenue. Downloads ranged from 105 to 330, with an overall downward trend. Active users also saw a decline, starting at 337 in late June and dropping to 170 by the end of the quarter.
iHappy, another Czech app, reported no revenue for the quarter. Weekly downloads varied, peaking at 151 in late August. Active users increased steadily, starting from 16 in late June and reaching 293 by the end of September.
This app, developed by DeVaPPl, did not report any revenue. Weekly downloads showed minor fluctuations, ranging from 69 to 101. However, data on active users was not available.
