2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the third quarter of 2021, the health and fitness app market in Sweden showed varied performance metrics across the top five applications. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a comprehensive view of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for these apps.
Stepler - Walk & Earn saw its weekly downloads fluctuate, peaking at 15.2K in early August before settling down to around 10.7K by the end of September. Active users for the app generally increased, reaching a high of 101K in late September.
Lifesum: Diet and Food Tracker experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $32.8K in late June and peaking at $49.1K by the end of August. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations around 4K. Active users hovered around 66K for most of the quarter.
Sweatcoin Walking Step Counter showed a notable increase in weekly revenue, particularly in late August, where it peaked at nearly $1K. However, weekly downloads declined steadily from 8K at the start of the quarter to just over 1K by the end. Active users saw a gradual decline from 38.4K to 30K over the same period.
ASICS Runkeeper—Run Tracker maintained consistent weekly downloads around 3K to 3.8K. Revenue showed a downward trend, starting at $8.8K in late June and dropping to $5.1K by the end of September. Active users similarly decreased from 52.8K to 45.8K throughout the quarter.
Flo Period & Pregnancy Tracker had stable weekly revenue, fluctuating around $6K. Downloads saw a slight dip from 2.7K to 2.3K. Active users remained robust, consistently exceeding 100K throughout the quarter.
