Top 5 Apparel Apps on Android in France Q4 2021

During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 apparel apps on the Android platform in France—SHEIN-Shopping Online, Zalando – online fashion store, Nike: Shoes, Apparel & Stories, JD Sports, and ABOUT YOU Online Fashion Shop—showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users.

SHEIN-Shopping Online saw a decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 59.6K in late September and dropping to around 24.7K by the end of December. Active users for the app also decreased over the quarter, from about 1.28M in early October to 1.05M in the last week of December.

Zalando – online fashion store experienced a more gradual decline in downloads, beginning with around 29.6K in late September and ending with roughly 12.1K in the final week of December. The app's active users showed a mixed trend, peaking at around 594K in late November before decreasing to approximately 421K by the end of December.

Nike: Shoes, Apparel & Stories maintained relatively stable weekly downloads, starting at about 12.9K in late September and fluctuating slightly to end at around 13.2K in December. Active users saw a peak of around 147K in late October but declined to approximately 101K by the end of the quarter.

JD Sports showed consistent growth in weekly downloads, beginning at about 7.8K in late September and rising steadily to approximately 18.7K by the end of December. The app's active users also increased, starting from around 44.3K and reaching about 69.3K by the end of the quarter.

ABOUT YOU Online Fashion Shop had fluctuating download numbers, with notable peaks and troughs throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads began at approximately 23.6K in late September, dropped mid-quarter, and then rose again to around 18.1K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at about 77.3K, peaking at around 94.7K in late December, and ending at approximately 93K.
