During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top travel applications in Croatia demonstrated diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at their performance:
Bolt: Request a Ride saw a mixed trend in its weekly downloads, starting strong with around 4K in late September and fluctuating throughout the quarter, ending at approximately 3.9K in the final week of December. The app's weekly active users varied, peaking at about 76K in late October but experiencing a decline towards the end of the quarter, closing at around 54K.
Booking.com: Hotels & Travel had a steady increase in weekly downloads, beginning with approximately 1.9K in late September and rising to about 2.5K by the end of December. The active user base showed some fluctuations, with a notable dip in late November but recovering to around 49K by the end of the quarter.
Uber - Request a ride experienced a consistent download rate, starting at around 2K in late September and peaking at approximately 2.3K in the last week of December. Active users showed a similar trend, peaking at about 120K in late October and then decreasing to around 100K by the end of December.
WiFi Map: Travel eSIM, Offline displayed significant growth in weekly downloads, especially in mid-December, skyrocketing from around 266 to approximately 12.7K. The app's active users also surged, reaching a peak of about 12.1K in the same period. Revenue saw a notable spike in the final week of December, reaching $347.
Wizi ex Cammeo showed a stable trend in weekly downloads, ranging from approximately 1.6K to 2.5K throughout the quarter. Active users remained relatively steady, fluctuating between 875 and 1.4K, with a slight increase towards the end of December.
