The first quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends among the top 5 apparel applications on the Android platform in Russia. According to Sensor Tower data, here’s a closer look at their performance.
SHEIN-Shopping Online experienced significant activity in weekly downloads, peaking at 186.7K in mid-February before declining to 46.8K by the end of March. Weekly active users for the app started strong, reaching 1.4M in late January, but saw a drop to around 1M by the end of the quarter.
SUNLIGHT: Ювелирный магазин had a more stable performance. Weekly downloads fluctuated mildly, peaking at 84.1K at the end of December and tapering off to 30.3K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users showed a slight decline from 719K to 592K over the quarter.
SOKOLOV: ювелирный магазин saw a moderate level of weekly downloads, with figures ranging from a high of 60.5K at the end of December to a low of 24.5K by the end of March. Its weekly active users displayed a similar trend, starting at 259K and concluding the quarter at around 198K.
adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing showed a varied pattern in weekly downloads, peaking at 38.4K in mid-February and dropping sharply to 1.5K by the end of March. Active users for the app also followed a downward trend, starting at 175K at the end of December and ending at 84.4K in late March.
Finally, O′STIN Интернет Магазин Одежды exhibited relatively stable weekly downloads, with a notable increase to 27.8K at the end of March. The active users showed resilience, maintaining figures around 176K at the start and ending the quarter at 182K.
