The third quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends among the top 5 waifu games on Android in the United States. Here's an overview of their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
From Yostar Limited, Azur Lane experienced a significant increase in weekly revenue, starting at around $100K in late June and peaking at approximately $380K by the end of September. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, fluctuating between 1.5K and 2.2K. Weekly active users showed a slight decline, starting at 43K and ending at 40K.
Published by COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD., Honkai Impact 3rd's weekly revenue showed notable peaks, reaching about $260K in mid-September. Downloads varied from around 3.1K to 5.8K, while active users started at 64K and ended at 57K, with some fluctuations throughout the quarter.
BILIBILI's Artery Gear: Fusion saw a decline in weekly downloads from nearly 10K in late June to around 600 in early September, before a small uptick to 2.3K by the end of September. Revenue peaked at $282K in late June and saw a significant drop, stabilizing around $75K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users also decreased from 21K in late June to around 9.8K by the end of September.
BluStar Games Limited's Idle Huntress: Girl's Land had weekly revenue that fluctuated between $53K and $73K throughout the quarter. Downloads saw a peak of about 4K in early September. Active users showed a slight increase, starting at 6.6K in late June and peaking at 7.6K in mid-September, before ending at 6.8K.
Neorigin Games Global's Idle Angels: Goddess' Warfare experienced varied weekly revenue, peaking at around $91K in late August. Downloads saw an increase from 1.9K in late June to 4.7K by the end of September. Active users showed growth, starting at 9.9K and reaching nearly 12K by the end of the quarter.
