The third quarter of 2022 saw significant activity in the dragon-themed game category on the iOS platform in Latin America. Here, we take a closer look at the performance trends of the top 5 dragon games: Dragon City - Breed & Battle!, Dragon Mania Legends, Solitaire Dragons, Merge Dragons!, and War Dragons. Dragon City - Breed & Battle! from Socialpoint experienced a notable fluctuation in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $17.6K at the end of June and gradually declining to $7.7K by the end of September. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, with peaks around mid-July and mid-August reaching up to 14.8K. The game maintained a strong weekly active user base, peaking at 193.7K in mid-August and slightly decreasing to 179.6K by the end of September.

Merge Dragons! from Gram Games had a notable peak in weekly revenue at $5.7K in early September, maintaining a strong average around $4K to $5K throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads showed significant spikes, particularly in mid-July with 2.9K downloads, and then stabilized around 1.3K by the end of September. Active users for the game peaked at 9.6K in mid-July and remained relatively stable, ending the quarter at 8.2K.
War Dragons by Pocket Gems, Inc. had a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at $2.5K in mid-July and closing the quarter at around $1.7K. Downloads saw a substantial peak at 12.2K in the last week of September, a significant increase from the otherwise low numbers throughout the quarter.
