In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top 5 finance apps on the Android platform in Mexico showcased noteworthy trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a detailed look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

BBVA México, published by BBVA, Spain, experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting with around 175K at the end of September and settling near 144K by the end of December. The app's active users saw a decline from approximately 8.1M to 7.6M over the quarter.

Coppel: compras en línea, from Grupo Coppel, Mexico, displayed a steady download rate with a peak of about 155K in mid-November. Active users increased from around 1.4M at the start to over 1.6M by the year's end.

Banco Azteca, published by Banco Azteca S.A. Institución de Banca Multiple, saw consistent downloads averaging around 127K weekly. Active users grew from about 3.8M to nearly 4M during the quarter.
