2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 finance apps on the Android platform in Turkey showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their metrics:
Ziraat Mobile saw a robust performance with weekly downloads generally above 100K, peaking at around 197K in mid-February. Weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 9.1M in early January and closing the quarter at approximately 8.5M.
Akbank experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, beginning the quarter with 128K and reaching a high of 162K in early January. Active users showed consistent growth, starting at 3.4M and ending at 3.6M.
Yapı Kredi Mobile - SuperApp maintained a stable download rate, with weekly figures hovering between 80K and 110K, peaking at 110K in the last week of March. Weekly active users also demonstrated stability, ranging from 4.4M to 4.9M throughout the quarter.
Garanti BBVA Mobile showed a consistent download performance, with weekly figures between 61K and 106K. Active users started at 6M at the beginning of the quarter and slightly declined to around 5.4M by the end of March.
İşCep - Mobile Banking had a relatively steady download trend, with weekly downloads around the 80K mark, peaking at 95K in late January. Weekly active users remained consistent, starting at 4.1M and ending the quarter at approximately 3.9M.
