In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 insurance apps on the Android platform in France showcased varying performance trends. Here’s a closer look at their weekly downloads, active users, and revenue based on data from Sensor Tower.
Compte ameli had a notable presence with weekly downloads peaking at around 49K in early January. However, the downloads gradually declined to approximately 33K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 170K and 220K throughout the quarter.
Mon AXA, mon appli d'assurance showed a significant increase in downloads towards the end of March, reaching about 11.6K. Weekly active users also saw a steady rise, peaking at around 28.3K in the last week of March.
Harmonie & moi experienced a steady weekly download rate, starting at approximately 5.5K in late December and ending at around 4K in late March. The app’s weekly active users remained consistent, ranging from 17K to 21K throughout the quarter.
Mes Assurances saw varied download numbers, with a peak of about 11.2K in late December, dropping to around 4.4K by the end of March. The weekly active users also showed fluctuations, peaking at 12K in late December and stabilizing to around 7.2K by the end of March.
MACIF had a relatively steady download trend, starting at 18.9K in late December and ending at approximately 4.4K in late March. The app's weekly active users ranged from 13K to 26K, showing a stable user engagement throughout the quarter.
