In Q1 2023, the top 5 MOBA games on Android in Saudi Arabia, according to Sensor Tower data, showcased varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang saw revenue fluctuations, peaking at around $51.8K in the week of January 30 and dipping to $23.6K in mid-February. Weekly downloads displayed a consistent upward trend, reaching 5.9K by early March. Active users started at approximately 182.6K at the end of December and gradually declined to 166.2K by late March.
Brawl Stars experienced a notable variation in revenue, starting at $7.9K at the end of December and falling to $1.4K by late February, before rebounding to $4.9K at the end of March. Downloads fluctuated between 3.0K and 5.0K, showing a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. Active users decreased from 156.1K to 105.1K over the same period.
Pokémon UNITE exhibited lower revenue figures, with the highest being $182 in early January and the lowest at $23 in mid-February. Downloads peaked at 7.5K in the first week of January, then stabilized around 500 downloads per week. Active users increased from 14.5K in late December to a peak of 22.1K early in the quarter, before settling at 13.1K by the end of March.
Arena of Valor showed modest revenue, peaking at $584 in mid-February. Weekly downloads were stable, ranging between 382 and 512. Active users remained steady, starting at 3.9K and slightly decreasing to 3.4K by the end of March.
Combat Magic Spells & Swords had minimal revenue, with a peak of $20 at the end of March. Downloads varied from 216 to 481 per week, and active users saw a slight decline from 923 in early January to 652 by the end of March.
