In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 food and diet tracking apps in Poland demonstrated varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the data from Sensor Tower.
Fitatu Calorie Counter & Diet saw a peak in weekly downloads at the start of January, with numbers reaching approximately 36K and then gradually declining to around 25.5K by the end of March. Weekly revenue showed a similar pattern, peaking at about $42K in the first week of January and decreasing to around $21K by the end of the quarter. Active user numbers increased steadily from 130K at the beginning of January to 221K by the end of March.
YAZIO Food & Calorie Counter experienced consistent weekly downloads throughout the quarter, hovering around 4K to 5K. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $7.7K in the first week of January and then fluctuated between $3.4K and $5K for the rest of the quarter. The app maintained a steady increase in active users, starting at 61K and reaching nearly 69K by the end of March.
MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter had a steady download rate, with numbers ranging from 1.9K to 3.3K over the quarter. Weekly revenue showed a peak of about $4K at the end of February, with fluctuations between $2.1K and $3.4K during the quarter. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, starting at 43K and ending at roughly 50K.
168 Intermittent Fasting App saw a peak in weekly downloads at the start of January with about 9.7K, before gradually declining to around 4.5K by the end of March. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $2.3K in the second week of January and showed a general downward trend, ending the quarter at about $1.6K. Active user numbers remained fairly consistent, starting at 35K and reaching 41K by the end of March.
Lastly, dr Ewa Dąbrowska: post i dieta experienced lower download numbers, starting at 1.7K in late December and dropping to around 580 by the end of March. Weekly revenue fluctuated around $1.3K to $1.9K throughout the quarter, with a peak of $1.9K in late February.
