The second quarter of 2023 saw notable trends in the performance of the top 5 insurance apps on the Android platform in the United Arab Emirates. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, highlights key metrics such as weekly downloads and active user growth.
ILOE from DubaiInsurance had a dynamic quarter. Weekly downloads peaked at around 59K during the first week of May before gradually decreasing to 8.3K by the end of June. Active users also showed a fluctuating pattern, starting at 65.8K at the end of March, rising to a high of 138K by the end of May, and then tapering off to 99.9K by the close of June.
Dubai Insurance saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching up to 15.1K by the end of May from a modest 1.9K at the end of March.
Lumi by Nextcare experienced moderate download activity, peaking at 3.4K in the last week of May. Active users for Lumi by Nextcare remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 8.2K and 11.9K throughout the quarter.
myNAS had a more subdued performance in terms of downloads, with numbers oscillating between 639 and 2.5K over the quarter.
Policybazaar - Compare & Buy showed consistent download trends, peaking at 2.4K in late May. The app's active users saw a gradual increase, starting at 2K at the end of March and reaching up to 3.2K by the end of May.
