In Q2 2023, the top 5 insurance apps on the Android platform in Switzerland exhibited diverse trends in weekly downloads. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the performance of these apps, providing insight into their weekly downloads and active user metrics.
myCSS from CSS Kranken-Versicherung AG experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter with 1.2K downloads in the week of March 27, the app saw a dip to 769 in mid-April. However, it rebounded towards the end of the quarter, reaching 947 downloads in the last week of June.
Groupe Mutuel, published by Groupe Mutuel, also displayed varied download numbers. The app began Q2 with 1.2K downloads in late March, dropped to 592 by mid-May, and climbed back to 819 downloads by the end of June.
myHelsana, by Helsana Versicherungen, had an interesting trajectory. Weekly downloads started at 873 in late March, peaked at 1.2K in late April, and concluded the quarter with 999 downloads in the final week of June.
MyAXA CH from AXA Versicherungen AG showed a more stable download trend. The app started the quarter with 637 downloads and maintained a relatively steady range, ending June with 636 downloads.
Smile App, published by Helvetia Versicherungen, saw a decline in downloads over the quarter. Starting with 830 downloads in late March, the app experienced a continuous drop, reaching a low of 329 downloads in early June, and slightly recovering to 397 downloads by the end of June.
