In the second quarter of 2023, the top 5 insurance apps on the Android platform in Uruguay demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here's a detailed look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
Universal Assistance saw a significant initial interest with 1.1K downloads in the last week of March. However, downloads decreased to as low as 168 in late May, before a slight recovery to 282 by the end of June. Weekly active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, starting at 1.5K and dipping to 537 in mid-April, but eventually stabilizing around 875 by the end of June.
Seguros Sura Uruguay experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from 15 in early April and peaking at 204 in early June. This steady growth indicates rising interest and user acquisition over the quarter.
Jolly super app by Sunday had a varied download pattern. Downloads peaked at 228 in mid-April but saw a significant dip to just 14 by mid-June, followed by a slight recovery to 107 by the end of June.
BSE Rosario Contigo maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads ranged from 56 in early April to a high of 141 in late May, ending the quarter with 119 downloads in the last week of June.
Mi Segurarse showed a gradual increase in downloads over the quarter. Starting with 38 downloads in late March, the app saw a steady rise, reaching 74 downloads by the end of June.
