In the third quarter of 2023, the top insurance apps on Android in Nigeria showed varying performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how these apps fared.
Sanlam Nigeria experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at 1.4K at the end of June and peaking at 2.3K in the first week of July. The downloads then hovered around 2K for the rest of the quarter, finishing at 1.8K in the last week of September.
Reliance Care saw a peak in weekly downloads at 2.5K in the first week of July, followed by a gradual decline to 1.3K by the end of August. The downloads stabilized around 1.5K in September, ending the quarter at approximately 1.3K.
MyAXA Plus started Q3 with 1.1K downloads, reaching a high of 1.8K in early July. The app maintained an average of 1.4K downloads per week throughout the quarter, with a slight dip to 1.1K in the last week of September.
Hygeia Mobile experienced modest download numbers, beginning the quarter with 272 downloads and peaking at 613 in the first week of July. The app's downloads then gradually decreased, ending September with around 270 downloads.
Bastion Mobile App showed a varied performance, starting with 208 downloads at the end of June and peaking at 592 in the last week of July. The downloads then fluctuated and declined to 128 by the end of September.
