State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
The third quarter of 2023 saw notable trends in the performance of the top 5 puzzle and riddle games on a unified platform in El Salvador. Here’s a look at how these apps fared in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Puzzlio from IT Networks DOO showed a mixed performance. Weekly revenue peaked at $50 in mid-August but fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending at $25. Downloads saw a significant spike to 286 in mid-July but dropped to 101 by the end of September. Active users increased from 91 in late June to 290 by the end of September.
Flashback: Tricky Fun Riddles by Radiant Cat Studio experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, reaching 788 in the final week of September. Revenue began at $19 in late August and remained consistent around $16-$19 till the end of the quarter. Active users surged from 135 at the beginning of the quarter to an impressive 1052 by the end of September.
Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles from Unico Studio saw its weekly downloads peaking at 4850 in late August, before stabilizing around 1311 by the end of September. Revenue remained low, peaking at $16 in early July. Active users increased significantly from 9533 in late June to 19406 in late August, before settling at 10388 by the end of September.
IQ Boost: Training Brain Games by Brightika, Inc. experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting from 481 in late June and dropping to just 10 by the end of September. Revenue peaked at $18 in late July but showed no significant gains afterward. Active users saw a gradual decline from 1162 in late June to 471 by the end of September.
Brain Test 2: Tricky Stories, also from Unico Studio, had a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching 1362 by the end of September. Revenue peaked at $12 in early September but remained low otherwise. Active users surged from 1201 in late June to 4674 by the end of September.
