Rakuten Viber Messenger, published by Viber Media SARL, experienced a stable revenue trend, peaking at around $2.4K in late June and maintaining figures between $1.8K and $2.3K throughout the quarter. Downloads varied, reaching a high of 19.5K in early July and dipping to 13.1K in mid-August. The app's weekly active users showed a gradual increase from 4.5M to nearly 5M by the end of September.
Facebook, under Meta Platforms, Inc., saw its revenue fluctuate, starting at $4K in late June and dropping to approximately $1.5K by early July. Downloads peaked at 17K in late July and remained relatively steady around 14K to 17K throughout the quarter. WAU remained consistently above 5.3M, showing minimal variation.
Messenger, also from Meta Platforms, Inc., had a modest revenue trend, with figures generally under $500, peaking at $491 in late July. Downloads ranged from 14.6K to 18.5K, with the highest numbers observed in late August. WAU remained quite stable, hovering around 2.9M throughout the quarter.
WhatsApp Messenger, published by WhatsApp Inc., did not generate any revenue during this period. Downloads saw a peak of 18.4K in early July, with numbers fluctuating between 14.3K and 18.4K. WAU showed a declining trend, starting at 1.7M in late June and dropping to 1.5M by the end of September.
Telegram Messenger, from Telegram FZ-LLC, saw revenue figures peak at $1K in late September. Downloads varied, peaking at 11.8K in mid-September and showing an overall upward trend. WAU started at 334K in late June and increased to 388K by the end of September.
