In the final quarter of 2023, the Android insurance app market in France has seen varied user engagement and download figures. Data from Sensor Tower offers insights into how these apps have fared during this period.
Mon AXA, mon appli d'assurance experienced a fluctuating download trend, starting the quarter with approximately 10K downloads and peaking at 17K in early December before dropping to 8K by the quarter's end. Weekly active users steadily increased from 45K to a peak of 64K in mid-December, then declining to 51K.
The carte Vitale app, which launched in late October, saw an initial surge with around 12K downloads in its first full week, reaching a high of 21K downloads in late November, but experienced a sharp decline to just over 1K by the year's end.
MAIF - Assurances auto, maison showed a remarkable spike in downloads from 2K to a high of 29K in the third week of November, followed by a decrease to 2K towards the close of the year. Weekly active users mirrored this pattern, soaring from 6K to 34K and subsequently falling to 10K.
For Harmonie & moi, downloads remained relatively stable, ranging from 3K to 6K, ending the quarter on a high note. Its weekly active users saw a gradual increase from 16K to nearly 20K by the end of December.
Lastly, Mes Assurances observed a download peak of 8K in late October, which then declined to 2K by the quarter's conclusion. Weekly active users hit a peak of around 12K in the same period but dropped to 5K by year's end.
