In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 shopping apps on Android in Poland demonstrated varied performance trends. Based on Sensor Tower data, here's a closer look at how these apps fared in terms of downloads, weekly active users, and revenue.
Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a consistent number of downloads throughout the quarter. Starting at 144K downloads in late September, it experienced a slight decline but rebounded to 134K by the last week of December. The app also showed impressive growth in weekly active users, increasing from 450K to nearly 670K by the end of the quarter.
Lidl Plus had a fluctuating download trend. Downloads peaked at 70K in early December but dropped to 38K by the end of the month. Weekly active users for Lidl Plus initially grew from 1.22M to 1.36M by early December but then decreased to 1.14M in the last week of December.
SHEIN-Shopping Online experienced a varied download pattern. Starting at 63K downloads in late September, it saw a significant decline to 29K by the end of December. The active user base remained relatively stable, starting at 720K and peaking at 819K in early November before ending the quarter with 625K weekly active users.
Vinted - Buy and sell clothes displayed a downward trend in downloads, beginning at 41K in late September and decreasing to 24K by the end of December. Weekly active users showed minor fluctuations, maintaining a consistent average of around 210K throughout the quarter.
OLX - ogłoszenia lokalne had a relatively stable download rate, starting at 28K and ending at 22K. The app's weekly active users showed a slight decline from 798K at the beginning of the quarter to 707K by the end of December, with a notable peak of 822K in early December.
