State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the fourth quarter of 2023, the zombie game genre maintained a strong presence on the Android platform in Europe. Sensor Tower has provided a snapshot of how the top five games performed in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
State of Survival: Zombie War, published by FunPlus International AG, experienced a fluctuating trend in revenue, peaking at nearly $720K and ending the quarter with $621K. Downloads trended downward from 40K to 27K, while active users saw a decline from 461K to 363K.
Puzzles & Survival by 37GAMES saw its revenue oscillate, starting at $335K and concluding at $344K. Downloads dipped from 38K to roughly 30K, and active users decreased from 106K to 94K by the end of the quarter.
CamelStudio's Age of Origins witnessed a gradual increase in revenue from $244K to $284K. The game's downloads experienced a rise towards the end of the quarter, jumping from 23K to 33K, while weekly active users slightly dropped from 229K to 223K.
Last Shelter: Survival from Long Tech Network Limited had its revenue grow significantly in the latter part of the quarter, reaching $220K. Downloads saw a notable increase in December, spiking to over 12K, and active users exhibited a modest rise towards the end of the quarter.
Lastly, Doomsday: Last Survivors by IGG.COM had a revenue peak at $232K after a steady climb. Downloads surged to 91K in the last week of December, and active users rose to 331K, marking a strong finish for the quarter.
