Europe's Top Android MMORPGs in Q1 2024: A Sensor Tower Snapshot
The first quarter of 2024 has been a bustling period for MMORPGs on Android in Europe. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into how the top five games in the genre have performed, highlighting their downloads, revenues, and weekly active users.
The Legend of Neverland from Ark Games Global started the quarter with revenues around $76K, which saw a declining trend to approximately $38K by the end of March. Downloads dipped from 33K in the first week of January to 20K towards March's end, while weekly active users peaked at 105K in early February before settling around 91K.
TTHmobi's Kung Fu Saga experienced a revenue pattern with slight fluctuations, starting at $37K and ending the quarter around $22K. Downloads showed a more pronounced decline from 33K to 12K, and weekly active users decreased from 154K at the beginning of January to 133K by the quarter's conclusion.
Sandbox Interactive GmbH's Albion Online showed a mixed revenue trend, beginning at $14K and dipping as low as $8K mid-March before a slight recovery to $9K. Downloads saw a spike in late March, reaching 19K from an initial 24K. Weekly active users presented a rising trend in late March, with an increase to 39K from an initial 44K.
The Tiger, by Swift Apps LTD, with its modest revenue numbers, peaked at $1.2K in the last week of March, contrasting with a low of $585 at the year's start. Downloads remained relatively stable around 12K, while weekly active users experienced a slight drop from 21K to 17K during the quarter.
Lastly, Evil Lands: Online Action RPG from Rage Quit Games LLC saw revenues starting at $12K and ending the quarter at around $13K. Downloads saw a significant spike to 36K in late January but then declined to 6K by March's end. Weekly active users mirrored this trend with a peak of 49K, then a fall to 11K.
