In the first quarter of 2024, the top shopping apps on Android in Finland displayed diverse performance trends. Below, we break down the weekly downloads and active user metrics for the top five shopping apps, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a notable start with 17.8K downloads in the first week of January, peaking at 36K in mid-January. However, downloads gradually declined to 11.2K by the end of March. Active users followed an upward trajectory, beginning at 88.9K and reaching 134.9K by the end of the quarter.
Vinted - Buy and sell clothes experienced a significant increase in downloads, starting with 5.1K in the first week of January and peaking at 14.3K in the third week. Downloads slightly dipped to 7K by the end of March. Active users rose steadily from 14.8K to 42.5K over the quarter.
Lidl Plus had varying download numbers, starting at 8.2K in the first week of January, peaking at 15.9K in the second week, and then declining to 4.5K by the end of March. Active users, however, showed a consistent increase, rising from 329.7K to 392.1K throughout the quarter.
K-Ruoka saw a steady growth in downloads, starting at 3.5K in the first week of January and peaking at 12.5K in early February. The downloads slightly fell to 6.1K by the end of March. Active users fluctuated, starting at 44.4K, peaking at 62.2K, and ending the quarter at 53.8K.
Tokmanni had a variable download trend, beginning with 2.1K in the first week of January, peaking at 10.1K in mid-March, and then declining to 2.7K by the end of the quarter. Unfortunately, active user data for Tokmanni was not recorded.
