As the idle gaming genre continues to captivate mobile users across Europe, we've seen various titles rise to prominence on the iOS platform in the first quarter of 2024. Sensor Tower's data offers valuable insights into the performance of these games, highlighting the trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Starting with Idle Mafia, published by DianDian Interactive Holding, we observed a revenue range from $58K to $90K, with a mid-quarter peak. Downloads started at approximately 34K and saw a decline to around 15K by the end of the quarter, while weekly active users showed a downward trend from 131K to 91K.
Gold and Goblins: Idle Games by AppQuantum Publishing Ltd demonstrated a revenue trend with initial figures around $56K, a peak at $75K, followed by a dip to $57K. Downloads decreased from 36K to roughly 5K, and weekly active users showed a similar decrease from 102K to 54K.
Kolibri Games GmbH's Idle Miner Tycoon: Money Games showed revenues oscillating between $23K and $28K. Downloads saw a significant drop from 60K to 38K, while weekly active users fluctuated, ending with a strong 755K from an initial 769K.
Lessmore UG's Eatventure had revenues that varied from $19K to around $25K. The game's downloads began at nearly 49K, rising to 30K by quarter's end, with weekly active users starting at 125K and concluding at 110K.
Lastly, The Tower - Idle Tower Defense from Tech Tree Games LLC saw revenues fluctuate from $16K to $27K, with downloads peaking early at approximately 3.7K before settling at 3.1K. The weekly active users experienced a decline from 6.1K to 5.3K.
