As the first quarter of 2024 wraps up, the Tower Defense genre continues to captivate players across Europe on the iOS platform. Sensor Tower's recent analysis provides a glimpse into the performance of the top contenders in this category.
Rush Royale: Tower Defense TD from MY.GAMES B.V. has shown a stable performance in Q1 2024, with revenues peaking at $360K in the first week of January and later in March, hitting roughly $360K again. The game maintained its allure, with downloads hovering around 30K-45K weekly and weekly active users showing a slight decline from 285K to around 265K by the end of March.
Another prominent title, Watcher of Realms by Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd., has experienced fluctuating revenues, with a notable spike to $255K in mid-February. Downloads saw a gradual increase, particularly in March, with a jump to over 8K. Weekly active users remained fairly consistent, ranging from 17K to 21K throughout the quarter.
TAP4FUN's Kingdom Guard:Tower Defense TD also saw variable revenue, with a high of $137K at the quarter's end. Download figures saw a significant increase in late March, reaching 18K, while weekly active users saw an uptick, ending at 37K from an initial 35K.
Ninja Kiwi's Bloons TD 6 maintained modest revenue figures, with the highest weekly revenue at $25K. Downloads and weekly active users remained stable, with downloads averaging around 1.2K and active users maintaining around 22K throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Arknights from YOSTAR LIMITED presented the most modest performance among the top five, with revenues peaking at $66K in mid-January. Downloads remained below 1K each week, and weekly active users saw minimal fluctuation, staying close to 3K.
