In the second quarter of 2024, the adventure games category on Android in Belgium saw varied performance across the top 5 apps. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Solo Leveling:Arise from Netmarble, which launched in early May, saw its revenue peak at roughly $15K in the second week, before gradually decreasing to about $6.1K by the end of June. Downloads started strong with over 14.5K in the first week, dropping significantly to 450 by the last week of the quarter. Weekly active users, however, showed a consistent upward trend, increasing from 14.1K to 17.6K.
Brain Test 4: Tricky Friends by Unico Studio maintained relatively stable revenue, with minor fluctuations around the $20 mark, peaking at $38 in early May. Downloads saw a notable rise, especially in the last week of June, reaching 3.5K. The weekly active users also climbed steadily, starting from 11.4K in early April and peaking at 17.3K by the end of June.
Wuthering Waves from HK KURO GAMES LIMITED, which launched in mid-May, saw its revenue grow from $4.4K to $7.8K in the initial weeks before falling to $3.5K by the end of June. Downloads initially peaked at 5.3K but dwindled to 451 by the quarter's end. Weekly active users showed a slight decline, starting at 4.8K and ending at 3.6K.
Super City2:Tut Life World by Hainan Hengdou Network Technology Co., Ltd. had modest revenue figures, peaking at $27 in early June. Downloads were highest at the start of April with 4K, tapering off to 316 by late June. The weekly active users also decreased from 4.2K in early May to 1.9K by the end of June.
Super Mario Run from Nintendo Co., Ltd. saw steady revenue around the $200 mark, with a slight peak at $281 in early June. Downloads saw a notable increase in late May, reaching nearly 2.4K, before stabilizing around 635 by the end of June. Weekly active users saw a peak of 7.2K in late May, before decreasing to 4.6K by the end of June.
