The second quarter of 2024 saw notable performances from the top 5 anime games on the Android platform in Europe. Here’s a detailed look at their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends based on data from Sensor Tower.
Solo Leveling:Arise, published by Netmarble, launched in early May 2024. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $949K in mid-May but gradually declined to around $283K by the end of June. Downloads saw a significant drop from 1M in the first week to about 23K by the last week of June. However, active users remained relatively stable, starting at 939K in early May and ending at 915K in late June.
DRAGON BALL LEGENDS, by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., experienced a surge in weekly revenue, peaking at $860K in late May. Downloads increased steadily from 19K in early April to 35K by mid-June. Active users also saw a consistent rise, starting at 466K in early April and reaching 729K by mid-June.
ONE PIECE Bounty Rush, another title from Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., showed steady revenue growth, peaking at around $55K in late May. Downloads saw a dip to 7K in early May but recovered to 15K by mid-June. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at 252K in early April and ending at 255K by late June.
ONE PIECE TREASURE CRUISE-RPG, the final Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. title in this list, saw its highest weekly revenue of $265K in mid-May. Downloads peaked at 17K in late April, and active users saw a slight increase from 85K in early April to 106K by late May before stabilizing around 76K in June.
