State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
Throughout the second quarter of 2024, the top five celebrity games on the Android platform in Europe showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at the data, sourced from Sensor Tower.
PewDiePie's Tuber Simulator from Outerminds Inc. experienced a gradual decline in weekly revenue, beginning at around $1.2K in early April and ending at about $620 by late June. Downloads fluctuated significantly, starting strong with 639 in the first week but dropping to as low as 9 in early May before rebounding to 467 by the end of June. Weekly active users also saw a steady decline from 5.8K to 3.3K over the quarter.
Lamar - Idle Vlogger by CrazyLabs LTD showed positive trends across all metrics. Weekly downloads increased from 43K at the start of April to approximately 76K by the end of June. Revenue peaked at $889 in early May and then slightly decreased to $557 by the end of the quarter. The game maintained a healthy increase in weekly active users, growing from 165K to 218K.
SUPERSTAR SMTOWN from Dalcomsoft, Inc. saw a mixed quarter. Revenue peaked at $1.2K at the end of April but saw a decline to $591 by late June. Downloads steadily increased, starting at 1K and reaching 1.7K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 6.5K to 7.2K throughout the period.
Revue Starlight Re LIVE by Ateam Entertainment Inc. exhibited notable revenue growth, starting at $613 and rising to $1K by the end of June. Despite negligible downloads, weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 3K to 3.8K throughout the quarter.
Finally, Vlogger Go Viral: Tuber Life from Tapps Games had an impressive quarter. Downloads saw significant spikes, peaking at 51K in early April and maintaining a strong presence with around 33K by late June. Revenue also grew steadily, starting at $253 and peaking at $546 in late May. Weekly active users saw healthy growth, starting at 84K and reaching 82K by the end of the quarter.
