Q2 2024 Android Survival Games Performance in the US: A Sensor Tower Report

In the second quarter of 2024, the survival game category on Android witnessed varying performance metrics across the top five games in the United States. Sensor Tower's data offers a glimpse into the trends of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these engaging titles.

Last Day on Earth: Survival by KEFIR maintained a steady revenue stream, with notable peaks like $3.6M in the first week of June. Downloads saw a dramatic increase in mid-June, reaching a high of 7.9M, while weekly active users surged to 31K in the same period.

KEFIR's other title, Frostborn: Action RPG, showed modest revenue with a peak of $606K, and its downloads and active users peaked at 405K and 895 respectively in mid-June.

NetEase Games' Identity V saw fluctuations in revenue, with a notable rise to $638K in late April. Downloads reached their highest at 704K in the same month, while weekly active users saw a high of 4.3K towards the end of April.

Last Island of Survival from HK Hero Entertainment Co. experienced its revenue peak at $496K in early June. Although downloads were not recorded until late May, active users showed a modest increase to 263 in late June.

Brickworks Games Ltd's Grim Soul: Dark Survival RPG had its highest revenue at $492K in early May and saw a steady growth in downloads, peaking at 992K in mid-June. Weekly active users saw a notable rise, reaching 3K by the end of June.
