State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In Q2 2024, the top five books applications on iOS in Mexico demonstrated varied performance trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each app fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Audible: Audio Entertainment saw consistent weekly revenue, ranging from $27K to $34K, peaking at $33.7K in the first week of April. Downloads exhibited a gradual increase, starting at 2.8K in early April and ending at 3.9K by late June. Weekly active users remained stable, fluctuating around 12K throughout the quarter, with a slight increase to 12.5K at the end of June.
Storytel - Audiobooks Library experienced a decline in revenue from $24.7K at the beginning of April to $17.9K by the end of June. Downloads, however, showed a positive trend, rising from 670 in early April to 913 by the end of June. Weekly active users also saw an increase, reaching up to 4.1K in mid-May before slightly dropping to 3.6K by the end of the quarter.
Manobook: My Good Story Reader had a noticeable decrease in revenue, starting at $16.8K in early April and dropping to $7K by the end of June. Downloads saw a significant decline, from 1.8K in early April to just 420 by late June. Weekly active users followed a downward trend, decreasing from 7K to 4.5K over the quarter.
Beek: Audiobooks & Challenges maintained a steady revenue flow, averaging around $8K throughout the quarter. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 274 in early April, peaking at 443 in mid-May, and ending at 270 in late June. Weekly active users showed a decreasing trend, from 10K in early April to 7.8K by the end of June.
Everand: Ebooks and audiobooks saw its revenue decrease from $8.2K at the beginning of April to $6.4K by the end of June. Downloads remained relatively stable, ranging between 324 and 491 throughout the quarter. Weekly active users slightly declined from 4K in early April to 3.5K by the end of June.
