In Q2 2024, the top 5 shooter games on the iOS platform in Europe displayed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into the trends for PUBG MOBILE, Call of Duty®: Warzone™ Mobile, Call of Duty®: Mobile, Standoff 2, and Sniper 3D: Gun Shooting Games.
PUBG MOBILE saw its weekly revenue start at around $2.3M in early April, gradually declining to approximately $1.1M by mid-June, with a slight uptick towards the end of the quarter, closing at $1.2M. Downloads fluctuated between 88K and 112K per week, while weekly active users ranged from 3.9M to 4.7M, showing minor variations throughout the quarter.
Call of Duty®: Warzone™ Mobile experienced a sharp decline in revenue from $129K in the first week of April to just over $20K by the end of June. Downloads also decreased from 251K in early April to 26K by late June. Weekly active users dropped from 459K to around 268K over the same period.
Call of Duty®: Mobile maintained relatively stable revenue, starting at $473K and peaking at $762K in late May, before settling at $463K by the end of June. Downloads hovered between 55K and 76K weekly, with active users ranging from 1.2M to 1.5M, showing slight fluctuations throughout the quarter.
Standoff 2 saw its revenue peak at $115K in early April, dropping to $66K by mid-June, before a notable increase to $112K at the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads varied from 41K to 51K, and active users fluctuated between 1.0M and 1.3M.
Sniper 3D: Gun Shooting Games demonstrated consistent performance with revenue starting at $41K and ending at $35K. Downloads remained steady, ranging from 30K to 40K. Weekly active users showed a slight decline from 217K to 186K over the quarter.
