The second quarter of 2024 saw some interesting trends among the top 5 tower defense games on the iOS platform in Europe. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Rush Royale: Tower Defense TD from MY.GAMES B.V. experienced a fluctuating revenue stream, peaking at approximately $328K in mid-April. Downloads showed a gradual decline from 30K in early April to around 24K by the end of June. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at around 250K and slightly decreasing to 222K by the end of the quarter.
Watcher of Realms by Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd. had a revenue peak of about $224K in the last week of June. Downloads varied, with a high of 4.9K in early April and a low of 2.7K in early June. Weekly active users hovered around 19K, showing minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.
Kingdom Guard: Tower Defense TD from TAP4FUN (HONGKONG) LIMITED saw revenue peaking at approximately $135K in late April. Downloads were inconsistent, reaching a high of 19K in early April and dropping to around 14K by the end of June. Weekly active users showed a significant increase from 40K in early April to 37K by mid-June.
Primal Conquest: Dino Era by BUILDING-BLOCKS NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, despite being a new entrant, showed impressive revenue growth, peaking at approximately $43K in early May. Downloads spiked at 65K in late April and then saw a gradual decline to around 6.6K by the end of June. Weekly active users increased significantly from 11K in early April to 57K by early May, stabilizing around 31K by the end of June.
Raid Rush: Tower Defense TD from Panteon Yazilim Oyun Egitim Teknolojileri ve Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Sirketi saw a steady revenue stream, peaking at approximately $34K in late May. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of 15K in mid-May and a low of 5.1K in late April. Weekly active users increased from 12K in early April to 25K by mid-May, then slightly declined to 19K by the end of June.
