In the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 apparel applications in Turkey experienced varying trends in downloads and weekly active users. Here’s an overview of their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Trendyol: Fashion & Trends saw a consistent download rate with notable peaks. The app started the quarter with 172K downloads, and saw a significant rise to 279K in the week of May 6. Downloads fluctuated but remained strong, ending June with 227K. Weekly active users showed a slight fluctuation, starting at 23.3M, peaking at 24.6M in early May, and settling at 22.7M by the end of June.
DeFacto - Clothing & Shopping experienced a peak in downloads in early May, reaching 111K, before gradually declining to 44K by the end of June. Active users displayed a similar trend, starting at 892K, peaking at 811K in early June, and ending the quarter at 588K.
SHEIN - Shopping Online had a consistent download rate with a peak of 112K in late April. The app’s weekly active users increased from 1.05M at the beginning of April to 1.33M by the end of June.
ZARA displayed a stable download trend with a notable spike to 101K in the final week of June. Weekly active users showed a gradual increase, starting at 244K and peaking at 325K by the end of the quarter.
H&M - we love fashion had a steady download rate, with a slight increase to 35K in the last week of June. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, beginning at 456K, dipping to 352K in late May, and rising to 455K by the end of June.
