As the educational apps market continues to evolve, Q3 2024 has been an intriguing period for the top educational games on the Android platform in Colombia. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps demonstrated diverse performance patterns in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.
Buddy.ai: Fun Learning Games showed a dynamic revenue trend, peaking at approximately $1.2K in the week of September 23. The app's downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, starting at 13.3K in early July and ending at 10.7K by the end of September. Weekly active users for Buddy.ai also saw a decline from 26.4K to 22K over the quarter.
Lingokids - Play and Learn experienced a modest revenue peak of $1.4K at the beginning of July, followed by a gradual decline to around $1K by the end of September. Downloads witnessed a similar trend, with numbers starting at 7K and dipping to 5.8K. The app's weekly active users decreased from 25.9K to 20K during the quarter.
Speech Blubs: Language Therapy maintained a relatively stable revenue, peaking at $382 in the final week of September. Downloads varied, reaching a high of 2.9K in late July and settling at 2K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users remained consistent, hovering around 2.5K throughout the period.
LogicLike: Kids learning games demonstrated moderate revenue growth, with a peak of $226 in late July. Downloads increased significantly towards the end of the quarter, reaching 4.8K. The app's active users also rose, starting at 2.2K and peaking at 4.5K by late September.
Lastly, Montessori Preschool, kids 3-7 exhibited a steady revenue stream, peaking at $92 in the last week of September. Downloads were consistent, averaging around 300 weekly. The active user base remained stable, maintaining around 2.3K throughout the quarter.
