In the third quarter of 2024, the MOBA app landscape in Luxembourg on the Android platform showcased diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers a glimpse into the performance of the top five MOBA applications.
Brawl Stars from Supercell exhibited a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at around $2.3K in mid-July before dipping to approximately $1.1K in mid-September. Weekly downloads saw a gradual decline from 286K in early July to 191K at the end of September. Meanwhile, weekly active users maintained relative stability, with a slight decrease from 3.9K to 3.4K throughout the quarter.
Squad Busters, also by Supercell, experienced a varied revenue trend, starting at $658 in the first week of July and ending the quarter at $336. Downloads followed a downward trajectory, beginning the quarter with 182K and closing with 37K. Active users showed a marked decline, with numbers starting at 40 and ending at 10 by the quarter's close.
Honor of Kings by Level Infinite had modest revenue fluctuations, with a peak of $33 in early September. Downloads decreased from 72K at the start of the quarter to no downloads recorded by the last week of September. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 94 and 121 throughout the quarter.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang from Moonton saw a notable revenue peak of $63 in late July, with a slight resurgence in September at $58. Downloads were relatively consistent, ranging from 15K to 39K. Active users slightly fluctuated, maintaining around 225 to 248 throughout the quarter.
Pokémon UNITE by The Pokémon Company registered a modest revenue, peaking at $23 in early August. Downloads reached their highest at 50K in late August. Active users showed an overall decline, starting at 344 and ending the quarter at 319.
