In the third quarter of 2024, the performance of the top shopping apps on the Android platform in Spain showed significant trends in downloads and user engagement, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.
Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a dynamic shift in its weekly downloads, peaking at over 318K by the end of August. The app maintained a robust weekly active user base, starting at approximately 2.3M and ending the quarter with around 2.7M active users.
SHEIN-Shopping Online experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, with a notable increase to over 205K in late August. Active users consistently grew, reaching nearly 2.9M by the end of September.
Hacoo - Live, Shopping, Share showed remarkable growth in weekly downloads, climbing from 28K at the start of July to over 108K by late September. The weekly active users mirrored this trend, increasing from about 86K to over 223K.
Miravia: Online shopping app displayed a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 58K and decreasing to around 38K by the end of the quarter. However, active users remained fairly stable, hovering around the 1M mark throughout the period.
Amazon Shopping achieved consistent weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $192K in mid-August. Downloads varied, with a significant increase to 70K in the third week of September. The app maintained a strong active user base, averaging around 2.6M throughout the quarter.
