In the third quarter of 2024, the bus games category on iOS in Europe saw diverse performances across the top five applications. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these popular games.
Bus Simulator : Ultimate by Zuuks Games maintained a strong presence with downloads peaking at around 71.9K in early July, before fluctuating between 43.8K and 69.3K. Revenue remained relatively stable, hovering around $14K to $17K, with a slight peak in early August. Weekly active users showed a noticeable decline from 300K to 223K over the quarter.
Bus Simulator : EVO from Alexandru Marusac experienced a consistent download rate, starting at 12.7K and ending slightly lower at 10.2K. Revenue stayed steady, mostly around $3.1K to $3.7K. The app's weekly active users decreased from 19.4K to 16.8K by the end of September.
Bus Frenzy : Station Shuffle, a newer entry by Crazy Labs, saw notable growth post-launch. Downloads surged to 89.7K by the end of September, with revenue rising from $127 to $4K. The game's active users also increased significantly, reaching 131K.
Public Transport Simulator by SkisoSoft had a modest performance with downloads fluctuating around 3K to 4K. Revenue was minimal, staying under $220 weekly. However, the app maintained a stable weekly active user base, averaging around 9.6K.
Lastly, Bus Mania - Car Parking Jam from ZPLAY (HK) TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED saw a dramatic increase in downloads, peaking at 241.9K in early September. Revenue was modest, with a peak of approximately $1K in late September. Weekly active users grew impressively, reaching over 351K by the end of the quarter.
