In the third quarter of 2024, the education app landscape on iOS in Peru showcased notable trends across various metrics. According to data from Sensor Tower, these top five apps displayed diverse patterns in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
Duolingo - Language Lessons exhibited a significant increase in weekly revenue, starting from approximately $7K in early July and peaking at about $14.2K by the end of September. Downloads experienced a steady climb, reaching around 3.8K in mid-September. The app maintained a robust base of active users, growing from 61K to over 73K during the quarter.
Photomath saw a gradual rise in weekly revenue, ending the quarter at around $432. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable increase to 1.8K in late August. The number of active users peaked at approximately 15.9K in late August before slightly declining towards the end of the quarter.
Google Classroom did not generate revenue but experienced steady downloads, peaking at 1.4K in early September. Active users showed a significant upward trend, growing from 60K to over 100K by the quarter's end.
Brainly: AI Homework Helper maintained a consistent revenue pattern, hovering around the $200 mark throughout the quarter. Downloads increased notably to 1.5K in mid-August, while active users grew from 2.9K to 4.8K by early September.
Headway: Daily Book Summaries experienced a steady revenue stream, peaking at approximately $4.6K in mid-August. Downloads varied, with a high of 1.5K in late July, while active users saw a slight decline from 10.7K to 7.6K over the quarter.
