In the third quarter of 2024, the top finance applications on iOS in Brazil showcased varying trends in downloads and user engagement, with data sourced from Sensor Tower providing a detailed look at their performance.

Nubank: Conta, Cartão e mais experienced a relatively stable number of weekly downloads, starting at approximately 133K in early July and closing the quarter with around 111K. Its weekly active users fluctuated slightly, beginning at about 10.7M and ending at nearly 11M by the end of September.

FGTS saw a noticeable increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, peaking at approximately 99K in early August before declining to around 82K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users peaked at roughly 618K in early August and then decreased to about 508K at the quarter's end.

Mercado Pago: cuenta digital displayed a consistent growth in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with about 73K and reaching nearly 85K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users showed an upward trend, starting at around 1.35M and closing at approximately 1.45M.

PicPay: Conta, Cartão e Pix maintained steady weekly download numbers, beginning at around 79K and ending at about 70K. Weekly active users fluctuated, starting at approximately 1.78M and finishing the quarter at nearly 1.82M.

Lastly, SerasaConsumidor had consistent weekly download figures, starting at about 66K and ending with approximately 61K. Weekly active users initially increased to 592K in mid-July but saw a decline towards the end of September, closing at around 537K. Notably, SerasaConsumidor generated significant weekly revenue, with figures reaching up to $49K in certain weeks.
