During the third quarter of 2024, the Idle RPG genre on iOS in Latin America saw varied performance across the top five applications. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, offers insights into download rates, revenue, and active user statistics for these top games.
Super Snail by Qcplay Limited showed a dynamic revenue trend, peaking at approximately $3.2K in the week of August 19. However, its weekly downloads saw a significant decline from 11K at the beginning of July to just 243 by the end of September. The weekly active users also decreased from 7.7K to around 3K over the quarter.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Idle, developed by Netmarble Corporation, experienced an initial revenue spike of $13.1K in its launch week. This was followed by a decrease, stabilizing around $1K towards the end of September. Downloads mirrored this initial surge with 13.7K in the first week, dropping sharply to just 252 by the quarter's end. The active users followed a similar trend, starting at 12.8K and settling at 3.1K.
Shadow War: Idle RPG Survival by Zitga maintained relatively stable revenue throughout the quarter, with minor fluctuations around the $500 mark initially, tapering to about $185 by the end of September. Download numbers began at 1.1K, exhibiting a gradual decline to only 2 in the final week.
Miners Settlement: Idle RPG from Funventure P S A had modest revenue, peaking at $130 in late July and then stabilizing around $50-$110 in September. Downloads started at 554, peaked at 1.5K in mid-July, and then decreased to 360 by the end of the quarter. Active users showed a similar pattern, with a peak of 2.9K in July, declining to around 1.1K by the end of September.
Lastly, Epic Ballad: Rise of Heroes did not generate revenue during this period. However, it maintained a consistent download rate, beginning at 829 and slightly decreasing to 604 by the end of September.
