The third quarter of 2024 saw notable trends in the performance of roguelike games on the iOS platform in Slovakia, with significant variations in downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the top-performing games in this category.
Cup Heroes, developed by Voodoo, experienced a remarkable increase in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $84 and peaking at about $474 by mid-September. Downloads surged significantly, especially in September, climbing from 73 at the quarter's start to over 1K towards the end. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, escalating from 76 to a peak of over 2K.
Hero Wars: Alliance RPG by Nexters Global LTD showed a varied revenue trend, with a high of around $5.3K in early July and another peak of approximately $5K at the end of September. Despite fluctuating downloads, ranging from 60 to 229, the game maintained a steady base of active users, from 918 at the quarter's start to 708 by the end.
Top Heroes from River Game HK Limited saw a steady climb in revenue, reaching about $1.1K by the end of September. Downloads remained relatively low but consistent, with a notable increase in August. The number of active users showed a sharp rise mid-quarter, stabilizing at around 623 by the end.
Bag Fight, another title from Voodoo, had modest revenue, with notable spikes mid to late September. Downloads peaked in late July at 212, while active users saw their highest count in the same period at 205 before settling at around 86 by the end of the quarter.
Finally, Monster Survivors, also by Voodoo, consistently increased in revenue over the quarter, with a few fluctuations, ending at around $70. Downloads remained steady, peaking at 98 towards the end of September. Active users followed a positive trajectory, reaching 188 by the quarter's conclusion.
