During the third quarter of 2024, the top five shopping apps on the iOS platform in Finland displayed diverse trends in downloads and active user engagement. Here’s a detailed look at the performance of these apps, according to data from Sensor Tower.
Vinted: Sell vintage clothes showed a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 13.5K during mid-September. The app maintained a strong presence with weekly active users, starting at around 69.5K in early July and reaching nearly 100K by the end of September.
Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire experienced fluctuating download numbers throughout the quarter, beginning with about 9.3K downloads in early July and decreasing to approximately 7K by the end of September. Despite this, the app retained a steady number of active users, consistently hovering around 140K to 150K during the period.
Lidl Plus saw a significant surge in downloads, particularly in early September, where it reached roughly 16.4K. Active users for Lidl Plus remained robust, increasing slightly from around 215K in early July to approximately 218K by the end of the quarter.
K-Ruoka experienced a varied download trend, with a notable spike during mid-September, reaching about 13.1K downloads. Active user numbers showed a positive trend, growing from around 55.8K in early July to approximately 55.2K by the end of September.
Tokmanni started the quarter with about 6.4K downloads but saw a decline towards the end, with downloads dropping to around 2.8K by late September. Unfortunately, data on active users for Tokmanni was not available for this period.
