In the third quarter of 2024, the performance of top tabletop board games apps on iOS in the Netherlands showcased various trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. According to Sensor Tower data, Domino Dreams™ from SuperPlay demonstrated a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $21.8K in the final week of September. Its weekly downloads also saw a significant rise, reaching around 6.2K in early September, while the active user base expanded from 2.6K to 6.5K throughout the quarter.
Rummikub by Kinkajoo Ltd maintained a steady revenue flow, with a slight peak at $651 in late September. The app's weekly downloads remained fairly stable, fluctuating around the 2K mark, while active users showed a minor decrease from 22.2K to 19.5K by the end of the quarter.
Chess - Play & Learn from Chess.com experienced consistent revenue, reaching up to $13.8K in late August. Weekly downloads hovered between 1.6K and 2.2K, and the app's active users varied slightly, peaking at 98.8K in late July before stabilizing around 88.4K at the quarter's end.
Qwixx Sheet from Ster Software BV saw modest download growth, with numbers climbing to 3.4K in mid-August, although revenue remained negligible. Unfortunately, no active user data was available for analysis.
Lastly, Parchisi STAR by Gameberry Labs had stable revenue, reaching $7.3K at the end of September. The downloads ranged from 860 to 1.3K weekly, while active users showed a slight decline from 32K to 29.9K over the quarter.
