In the third quarter of 2024, the arcade racing category saw notable performances across the top five apps on a unified platform in South America. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated varied trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
Car Race 3D: Car Racing by Zego Global Pte showed a significant increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $382 in mid-August. Its weekly downloads surged to 450K during the week of August 26, while active users reached a high of 919K the same week before experiencing a gradual decline towards the quarter's end.
Race Master 3D - Car Racing from SayGames Ltd experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 408K and dropping to 124K by the end of September. Revenue also decreased, starting from $1.9K and ending at approximately $872. The app maintained a large user base with active users peaking at over 2.3M in early July, gradually reducing to 1.7M by the end of the quarter.
Driving Real Race City 3D by Bacon Studio maintained steady weekly downloads with a notable spike to 382K in late July. The app's active users increased consistently, reaching nearly 2.3M by the end of September. Revenue remained minimal throughout the quarter.
Bridge Race by Supersonic Studios LTD saw its weekly downloads peak at 291K in mid-August, with active users reaching nearly 993K by the end of August. Revenue fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter with approximately $186.
Rally Fury - Extreme Racing by Refuel Games Pty Ltd experienced a remarkable increase in weekly downloads, surging to over 308K in mid-September. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 525K during the same period. Weekly revenue also saw growth, reaching $433 in early September.
