In the third quarter of 2024, the top military games in Brazil on the unified platform exhibited intriguing trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. According to Sensor Tower data, these games had varied performances, offering insights into their market dynamics.
Call of Duty®: Mobile, published by Activision Publishing, Inc., saw its weekly revenue peaking in the last week of July at approximately $164K. Downloads demonstrated a gradual decline over the quarter, starting from around 80K in early July to approximately 54K by the end of September. Weekly active users showed a slight decrease from about 950K to 845K during the same period.
Blood Strike - FPS for all from NetEase Games experienced an increase in revenue, reaching around $72K in the first week of August. Downloads were initially strong at over 222K but tapered off to about 107K by the end of September. The game's weekly active users fluctuated slightly, maintaining a high of over 1M throughout the quarter.
Standoff 2, developed by AXLEBOLT LTD, displayed a steady revenue, with a notable peak of $33K in early August. Downloads fluctuated slightly, mostly remaining in the range of 31K to 54K. Active users saw a decline from approximately 906K to 727K by the quarter's end.
Metal Slug: Awakening-Season2, released by HaoPlay Limited, showed a decreasing trend in downloads from a high of 262K in mid-July to around 8K by the end of September. Revenue peaked at around $24K in late July, and weekly active users decreased from 228K to just over 20K.
Finally, Top War: Battle Game by River Game HK Limited had a relatively stable revenue pattern, peaking at around $19K in mid-September. Downloads were modest, with a peak of about 7K in early July and a low of approximately 2K in mid-September. Active users ranged from about 8.6K to 13K throughout the quarter.
