In the third quarter of 2024, the top planes games applications in the United States showcased varied trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.
Metalstorm from Starform saw a strong performance in weekly revenue, starting at around $89.7K in early July and peaking at $113.7K towards the end of August. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable increase reaching 32.1K in the second week of July. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, ending the quarter at approximately 118.5K.
The 1945 - Airplane shooting game by ONESOFT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. experienced a peak in weekly revenue of $87.4K at the end of July, followed by a gradual decrease to $54.8K by the end of September. Downloads began at 50.6K in early July, declining to 24.3K by the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a decline from 174.2K to 132.9K over the same period.
For Wings of Heroes: plane games, revenue trends showed growth, with a notable peak at $50.6K in early September. Downloads increased significantly in mid-September, reaching 19.6K before settling at 10K by the end of the month. Active users peaked mid-quarter at 62.5K and ended at around 53K.
Infinite Flight Simulator by Infinite Flight LLC maintained a steady revenue stream, with weekly figures hovering around $31K to $32K. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase in late July to 15.5K. Active users showed consistency, closing the quarter at approximately 35.2K.
Sky Warriors: Airplane Games from Wildlife Studios demonstrated a stable revenue pattern, peaking at $26.3K in mid-August. Download numbers were consistent, averaging around 12K throughout the quarter. Active users experienced a slight decline, finishing at 34.7K.
