In the third quarter of 2024, the top racing games on a unified platform in Europe showcased varied performance trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.
MADBOX's Pocket Champs PVP Racing Games saw a consistent increase in revenue, peaking at around $260K in the last week of September. Downloads experienced fluctuations, with a high of approximately 125K in mid-August, while weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 430K to 470K throughout the quarter.
CSR 2 - Realistic Drag Racing from Zynga Inc. had a notable peak in revenue, reaching approximately $248K in late August. Downloads showed a peak in the same week at around 48K. Weekly active users saw a gradual increase, topping out at about 552K by the end of August.
Asphalt Legends Unite, published by Gameloft, experienced a peak in revenue of about $132K in mid-August. Downloads were highest in mid-July at approximately 83K, while weekly active users ranged from 120K to 190K, showing a decline towards the end of the quarter.
Electronic Arts' Real Racing 3 demonstrated a revenue peak of roughly $101K in late August. Downloads fluctuated, with a significant peak of around 197K at the end of July. The game maintained a strong weekly active user base, starting from about 592K and reaching a peak of over 791K in late July.
Nintendo's Mario Kart Tour had a revenue peak of approximately $74K in mid-September. Downloads were highest in early July, reaching about 90K, while weekly active users started strong at around 459K and saw a gradual decline to approximately 446K by the end of September.
