In the third quarter of 2024, the top-down games category in Croatia displayed varying trends across the leading applications on a unified platform, combining data from both iOS and Android. The performance of these games, as reported by Sensor Tower, provides insights into their market dynamics.
Block Blast! by Hungry Studio showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 8.6K in early July and peaking at approximately 18K by the end of September. The app also saw a steady rise in weekly active users, climbing from about 41K to over 80K during the same period.
Teen Patti Gold-Poker & Rummy from Moonfrog experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, beginning at 8.7K and dropping to 4.9K by the end of Q3. The app maintained a relatively stable number of active users, hovering around 70K for most of the quarter. Revenue for this app was minimal, with occasional spikes, notably reaching $27 in late July.
Offline Games - No Wifi Games by Moreno Maio had a peak in weekly downloads in July with about 10K, which then declined to around 2.4K by September's end. Active user numbers followed a similar pattern, starting at 14K and ending at 19K. Revenue was modest, with the highest weekly earnings at $53 in mid-August.
Brawl Stars, published by Supercell, demonstrated strong weekly revenue, peaking at $39.6K in early July. Downloads were relatively stable, averaging around 5K, while active users remained robust, albeit with a slight decrease from 252K to 208K over the quarter.
My Perfect Hotel from SayGames LTD saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at 4.8K and dropping to about 2.4K by September. Active users followed a downward trend as well, decreasing from 9.5K to 7.6K. The app's revenue saw fluctuations, with a high of $243 in early August.
